Support clickable URLs in event highlights and tags

Problem Statement

Sentry supports a little ↗️ arrow on issue parameters that are detected as URLs to be able to one-click open that URL in a new tab: SCR-20240503-lrho

With the new "event highlights" UI you have shipped, this is no longer possible in one-click: you have to click the dropdown menu and click "Visit this external link".

It'd be great to have one-click support in event highlights and tags as well!
