Problem Statement

Our Spend Allocation feature currently works for Errors, Performance, and Attachments, but does not work for some of our newer products (Replays, Crons, Metrics). For our larger customers, this becomes important because they need to control which projects and teams have access to these products, rather than having a free for all model that makes it difficult to manage.
