Fix boto3 instrumentation

Problem Statement

In https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-python/issues/988#issuecomment-1213193862 a user provides a screenshot with a "Missing instrumentation" notice that is likely related to a problem with our boto3 instrumentation.

The line that fires could be this one.

Solution Brainstorm

Try to reproduce the problem and propose a fix.

Sorry to tell you, but right now this is not on our immediate to do list. But we have new another engineer working on the Python SDK, so this will speed up things.
