Allow assigning labels to issue

Looks like it is technically possible - but has not been implemented in the UI yet.

Is this on the road map?

I guess it'd need to be able to access the existing labels in the repo, if it didn't wanna allow creating new ones.

Then it could just have a dropdown or a select which allows multiple options selected.
