Update curl-rust on v1 of the CLI

We should implement the fix described in https://github.com/alexcrichton/curl-rust/issues/524 to not crash downstream deps on mac os sonoma.

Does this only affect v1 of sentry-cli?

I am not sure but I'd guess both v1 and v2.

This issue has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!
