Support R8 features

We should look at https://r8.googlesource.com/r8/+/refs/heads/main/doc/retrace.md for R8 features that we don't support yet.

Does rust-proguard support up to version 2.2?

As of version 5.9.0 of this crate all of the r8 features should be supported, so I'm going to close this issue. We're still gonna validate against more of their test cases, perhaps this will reveal more gaps, but we track that separately in #40
