Release new version for py311 compatibility

Hi! Could you release a new version to include the fix in https://github.com/getsentry/milksnake/pull/32?

Hello @mitsuhiko, and sorry for the noise, but I wonder if you or someone could release a new milksnake version?

(The issue #28 is also about making a new release and status of the project.)

Noted that milksnake v0.1.6 is published in PyPI a few days ago, thanks!

The release is still not tagged on Git unfortunately.
