Nested packages: New version?

After the fix in https://github.com/getsentry/milksnake/commit/ef0723e41df23d8f6357570c69c1e69cb31f9e9e, a new version should be uploaded to PyPi.

@mitsuhiko Hi! Could you please look into #30 and release a new version?

Is this project still maintained or is it abandoned? This would be good to know and clarify for users of and also for downstreams that consider to package it. I'm currently looking into this for packaging cmsis-pack-manager for Arch Linux (see https://github.com/pyocd/cmsis-pack-manager/issues/187) and I am unable to run the tests of this project due to the outstanding issues.
