Extend Conversations API

I want to know if you have plans to add more endpoints to the Conversations API, like:

• Get all conversations by a contact, agent, date, status, etc.
• Send a message as a contact with attachments.
• Change the status of a conversation, such as closed or open.

This is important to us because you don't provide a Customer Portal where users can see all their tickets/conversations. So by offering those endpoints, we can create our own Customer Portal.
