Steps to reproduce:
- Open a browser to https://getbem.com or https://www.getbem.com
Actual:
- Page provokes FIrefox to display a security warning about the SSL certificate only being valid for
*.surge.sh,surge.sh. (see attached screenshot)
Expected:
- Page loads normally with encryption

Actual:
- Page attempts to load normally, showing insecure page.
Expected:
- Page should redirect to https.
