Unable to install System.Net.Http assembly

Hi Geral, I am trying to upgrade the API Consumer in our server so I can use the new web extended methods. I deleted all the stored procedures/functions/assemblies and am attempting to reinstall the assemblies. I am stuck on the System.Net.Http assembly. When I install it, I get the '...could not be installed because existing policy would keep it from being used.' message. Installing it from the .NET framework doesn't work either (installs successfully but unable to create procedures from APIConsumer.dll afterwards) Any ideas? Sean
