Wrong icon when minimized on mac silicon

Current Behavior

On Silicon Macs, when the app is minimized, in the dock it appears with Netbeans icon and not the Gephi one: Screenshot 2024-01-23 at 15 54 01

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Gephi
  2. Minimize app using the yellow button

Your Environment

  • Version used: Gephi 0.10.1
  • Operating System: MacOS Sonoma Version 14.1 (23B2073)

A similar issue occurs in Linux (using Flatpak version in KDE). Possibly related to #2724.
