Update Semantic Web Import plugin

The Semantic Web Import plugin has not been updated for Gephi versions 0.9.3 and above.

Thanks for your work @ErwanDemairy! I can confirm that the update center link works and the plugin now installs. It seems that this issue can be closed.

I am getting this error: "Networking problem in zip END header not found" trying to install SemanticWebImport 1.5.0 in Gephi 0.10.1.
