Create jenkins job to align master and stable branches of MapStoreExtensions

Description

Starting from next release 2022.02.00 we have to keep aligned the revision of mapstore submodule of MapStoreExtension project to the branch we have in this repo

this will require to create one or more jenkins job for syncing these branches
