The save dashboard message is displayed twice
Description
Sometime the Save warning message appears twice if the user saves a dashboard.
How to reproduce
- Login as admin
- Open a dashboard
- Click on Options > Save
- Click on Save

The Save message appears twice

It seems a regression introduced after #8457. The tool works well in QA.
