Add a contents on Featured

If a user has Edit permission on a resource and the resource is on Featured, on Featured the resource card does not report the Edit and Delete buttons.

How to Reproduce

  • Login as user
  • Search a map with Edit permission by the user
  • Click on Add to featured from the map card

Expected Result The Edit and Share buttons are present on map card on Featured
