Binary JRE can not connect to Postgres database

Description

Configuring the current binary (available for release 2022.01.02) to use the database make the application stop running.

This is probably an issue of the JRE that has been fixed recently, as reported here to confirm.

Updating the embedded JRE with a newer one should solve the problem

Tried the mapstore.war of the release with :

apache-tomcat-9.0.56
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.15+10-Ubuntu-0ubuntu0.20.04.1) (installed in system)

and it works. For this reason most probably it is a problem of the JRE. Tested on linux, we need to verify if the JRE for windows has the same issue.

How to reproduce (tested on linux)

download the binary
run first time, then stop
configure to connect to a database (following the training)
start the binary with the database connected

Expected Result MapStore starts

Current Result Mapstore doesn't start. Logs at the end of the issue.
