False warning: Remaining updates

In one of my projects, the warning is shown, that there are "Remaining updates", but if I check the Upgrade Wizard it says all updates are completed. screenshot1 screenshot2

Please check the reports module of the installation, that's the point where this information is gathered.

@Starraider any chance to get an update from you? What does the report module display of the affected TYPO3 client instance?
