Unit testing Stetl

Provide Stetl with good unit test coverage. Also see https://github.com/opengeogroep/NLExtract/issues/193

Several unit tests were implemented in pull requests #44 and #46. Coverage is now 36%.

The actual coverage turned out to be lower, since I didn't exclude the tests directory. Solved now in commit 194e780. Part of pull requests #48, including a few more unit tests.
