No release notes
The last releases of PyWPS are not accompanied by release notes or announcements, thus it's needlessly hard for any outsider interested in the project to check what changed between releases (for instance, if WPS 2.0 is supported) and decide if they should invest some time upgrading or taking out the new version for a test drive.

But we could make this more visible.

@cehbrecht thanks for providing a link to the changelog. They are very informative and helpful.
However, I've noticed that v4.2.1 is not mentioned in the changelogs, nor is there any reference to WPS 2.0 although it appears that WPS 2.0 is supported in PyWPS 4.2.1 at least up to a point. As the docs still mention that support WPS 2.0 is still being planned, is it possible to mention something in the changelog regarding this feature?
@jachym worked on wps 2.0 support (jinja templates) ... but the protocol is not fully supported yet.
