Postgres provider for records

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to have record collection stored in postgres so that I have only one postgres with both my metadata and my datasets

Describe the solution you'd like Extend the postgres provider to support catalogue (same as what is done for ElasticSearch). Depending on my customer, i may be available to develop it. But a talk with one of the project developer would be great to define the way to go.
