Standardize adjacency neighborhoods in lifting

Currently the data lifting process produces both up and down laplacian neighborhoods, only up adjacency (not down) neighborhood. For instance, the neighborhoods for a complex are:

• up_laplacian_0
• up_laplacian_1
• down_laplacian_1
• down_laplacian_2
• adjacency_0
• adjacency_1

In order to standardize the naming and have access to all adjacency neighborhoods, I would like it to be:

• up_laplacian_0
• up_laplacian_1
• down_laplacian_1
• down_laplacian_2
• up_adjacency_0
• up_adjacency_1
• down_adjacency_1
• down_adjacency_2

This feature will be helpful for reproducing existing models that leverage down adjacency, either directly in TopoModelX or with TopoTune, as well as create new models that leverage this neighborhood.
