Export/import settings

Since keeping the database and actual files in sync is hard/broken, exporting and importing the global settings would provide a work around to the problem (export settings, drop all app data, restart, import settings).

For bonus points, allow saving bookmarks, read positions, history/recent, etc.. (This is is not very important to me personally but I suspect others would like it.)
