libqt4-network "dependency not satisfiable" in Linux Mint Ulyana/Focal

I am trying to install the newest .deb in Linux Mint Ulyana/Focal, and I get the following message: I can see that indeed the package libqt4-network is not listed in Synaptic, and not avaliable for Focal for whatever reason.

I had the same issue, this worked for me to get around the problem. I added the additional PPA below to give me access to qt4 libraries (as Linux Mint doesn't have qt4 libraries by default):

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rock-core/qt4

FBReader installed fine after that. Hope this helps.
