Add a button on toolbar for fullscreen mode

I couldn't find the shortcut key for full screen anywhere. If you could keep a button for full screen then it would be easy

A button, or standard OS/desktop toggle (e.g., <F11>) for full-screen would be just peachy.

I just checked the source ( FBReader/fbreader/data/default/keymap.desktop.xml ) and it turns out the shortcut key for entering and exiting full-screen is 'Enter'.

Yes, really. You're welcome.

@snowlex if this solves your issue, you might as well close it?

I don't think the enter hotkey solves this issue in all cases. For one, it's not very clear what the hotkey is, or that it even exists. Most programs use F11 for fullscreen mode. I think in the case of FBReader, enter is fine as a hotkey because it's more accessible than F11, but it would still be nice to have a button on the toolbar with a tooltip that states what the hotkey is, or for people who aren't used to hotkeys or tablet computer users (like me). As a sidenote, I don't think a button to get out of fullscreen mode is necessary because esc is pretty intuitive.
