Geode Issue

[x] I confirm that this crash is NOT related to a mod but directly to Geode Loader itself.

He launches geode and it crashes, he uses bluestacks

Or they're either using an outdated Geometry Dash, or have mods that are crashing the game. Either way bluestacks unfortunately doesn't allow us to view the crashlogs since it doesn't generate it properly.

If they do have mods, have them hold the launch button to launch in safe mode.
