Manifest Lists Break Static Site Generation and Server

When using the docker manifest option the static site generator/server will throw an error when viewing tags.

The main list of repo's shows but clicking through to the details of the repo will fail.

It looks like a 404 error is thrown by the registry when the get runs for the manifests api endpoint which won't have entries for the manifest list label.
