Digest verification failures

Many packages currently exhibit digest verification failures when downloaded from github. These are likely related to https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/issues/4343

I propose to keep archives in orphan tags, like this one https://github.com/ArsenShnurkov/shnurise-tarballs/raw/dev-utils/antlrcs/antlrcs-3.5.2_beta1.tar.gz here dev-utils/antlrcs is the name of tag (${CATEGORY}/${PN}-${SLOT}, ommit -${SLOT} if "-0")
