Bug : Doesn't preserve CBR subfolders / Pages with same name as others from other subfolders/chapters get overwritten

Hello first of all thank you for you absolutely terrific software, God bless you !

I just tried it with a manga volume of 188 pages, but the output only had 40 pages no matter what i tweaked. After opening the original cbr, i found that it contained subfolders corresponding to the volume chapters. The problem is that inside each chapter, the pages are named from "00" to [last page number], so I think each time Cbconvert encounters a new "00.jpg" file it overwrites the previous one, instead of preserving the original cbr's subfolder structure or at least renaming the pages so that they don't overwrite anything

Of course I may be wrong or may have missed a setting, if that is the case please tell me how I can fix this issue
