GUI glitch: on Windows (10/11) Tabs disappear

first thanks for the software , so usefull!

on Windows 10/11 (only OS i tested), if you play with the Quality cursor level , in Image Tab, (with the mouse or after clicking with the mouse on it use keayboard arrrow to increase the quality) the tab start disapearing.

the tab are still working, but they just disapear

Thanks for reporting. I will need to check if this is an issue with IUP, my bindings, or just usage, i.e., an app issue. I need to reproduce it in Windows, so I will need to install VM, etc, this will need some time.

I managed to reproduce this, actually clicking on every Value control will break them. I will try to ask for some help on the mailing list.
