Updated Dockerfile to be more portable and added Dockerfile-minimal

I updated the main Dockerfile to be compatible on multiple architectures -- not just x86_64. I also added a Dockerfile-minimal because for me I don't really need all the extra vim, nano, or shell stuff in a container.

I love Gscript, it's such a useful tool -- thanks for creating it.
