confusion about the value of confidence

you have done a great work, and it perfroms well on my protein and ligand. But, i have a question about the value of confidence. In the README, it shows that the higher value of confidence is better, but i notice that the value of rank1 in Output is lower that is closed to 0.

That is a negative value.
