Don`t refresh in Windows 8.1 with Chrome 40.0.2214.94 m

There is no refresh in Windows 8.1 with Chrome 40.0.2214.94 m. File have been saved and opened successfully with "Open in browser". Cmd-Shift-r saved current file, but there is no refresh in browser. Restarted Sublime Text 2.0.2 build 2221 as well as Chrome. Didn't help.
