Improve InDateRangeDual Javadoc

An issue was raised in gaffer-doc to improve the documentation for the InDateRangeDual predicate (#450). These improvements should be reflected in the Javadoc as well.

Also, an issue with line 53 of RangeUtil.java was identified and so this area of Javadoc should be checked more thoroughly for similar problems.
