Feature request: Bulk export & import of recipes

Describe the solution you'd like Today Cyberchef seems to lack the possibility to easily export all recipes as one operation - and restore it into a fresh Cyberchef instance. This lack of functionality make it less trivial to update to new Cyberchef versions.

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternative exists today AFAIK.

Additional context No addictional context but can help verify new functionality if being developed. Besides the above, Cyberchef is such a great product so keep up the good work!
