New auto-publishing options

Hi folks,

I would like to suggest a new set of options for "auto-publishing":

  • TurnOff
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Biweekly (new)
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly (new)
  • Biannually
  • Annually

Depending on the dynamic and size of your collection, those new additions will come in handy.

Note: the vocabulary contains a typo unkown rather than unknown https://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/eml/update_frequency.xml

@peterdesmet Yes, old EML 2.1.1 bug. Fixed in the 2.2.0
