ported to .Net5.0 PDFSharp from source as there was no usable nuget

Thank you very much for the PR, there is only one thing I need to consider - one can run NClass effortlessly on Linux/Mono and currently there is no way to do this with .net core apps, AFAIK. I need to give it some thought and cannot merge it before the holidays anyway. But once more - big thank you for the PR.
