Two framework directories under src and missing rewriter.xqy from src

Hi Gary,

There are two directories ' _framework' and '__framework' under src folder. which one is updated?

the 'rewriter.xqy' file is missing from 'src. this file is present inside '_framework' directory however I think it should be under 'src'.

Will cleanup shortly. Was artifact I forgot to remove.
