Update Blog Visualization

What would you like to be added:

  • [x] Sort the blogs by month in each year (currently only for 2025) - https://github.com/gardener/documentation/pull/644
  • [ ] Use a different, more concise title for the right side navigation (only there)
    • Example: Image
  • [ ] Change the way the date is displayed -> remove "in addition to the publish date Image

Why is this needed: With the current initiative to create new blog posts, the content in the Blogs section will become increasingly harder to navigate. These enhancements aim to improve the user experience when browsing the Blogs section.
