Promote Gardener Project Slack workspace

What would you like to be added:

Let's promote our dedicated "Gardener Project" Slack workspace over the old #gardener channel in the Kubernetes workspace. The workspace is the new place for all public Gardener-related communication. We should harmonize all references to Slack on the homepage and in GitHub repos to point to the new workspace accordingly.

For this, I created a long-lived (5y) invite link that should allow everybody to join. I suggest putting it on the Community Bio page. All places that reference the Slack workspace should also point to this page for getting an invite from a central place. This will make our lives easier when the link expires and we only need to update it in one place.

Why is this needed:

While discussing our interaction with the Gardener community with @ScheererJ @vpnachev at KubeCon, we figured that we still don't have a public invite link for joining our Slack workspace. Additionally, several places already reference the dedicated Slack workspace, while others still reference the old channel in the Kubernetes workspace.

Related to this issue: @n-boshnakov is currently working on incorporating a similar logic for the site's navbar, similar to fluentbit's approach:

I will also disable the old community inviter (https://communityinviter.com/apps/gardener-cloud/gardener) connected to my Slack account in favor of the new invite link from Slack.
