Curriculum Rewards - Proposal

As a student, I would find it encouraging to have rewards for my effort.

For example:

After completing JS4 (which is pretty hard), I could unlock the ability to create 1 free server.

After receiving a star from a JS4 student, I could unlock the ability to create a domain name, which I could use with my server!

Please prepare design doc and get it properly reviewed before taking up this task.
