Question about extension to inner product (IP)

Hi! I have a question about how to extend ADSampling to IP, which was mentioned in another issue. I write something like deduction which is my understanding of this problem. Could you please share the solution mentioned in another issue with me? Also I want to check if the deduction is right, thank you very much for your time and consideration!

Yes. The derivation is correct. The solution of the mentioned issue is not about codes but some similar math derivations.
