Fail in calibration step

Hi, I'm having trouble calibrating a new avatar. I'm trying to calibrate the 'Robot Kyle' asset from the asset store, but when I perform the calibration step, the countdown gets stuck at 1 and the process doesn't finish. Do you know why this problem might be happening?
