Issue description

Quenched Allay Bricks and Small Quenched Allay Bricks do not have recipes and are therefore unobtainable in Survival.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install EMI and/or JEI
2. Find Quenched Allay Bricks in the interface
3. Press R to find its recipe
4. Realize there is no recipe
