Licensing

[gamestabled]

• I (gamestabled) am of the opinion that we should adopt the CC0, the same as oot and mm are in the process of doing.
• For simplicity, this will be easier to do once oot has finished the process, since there is code in this repo taken from oot.
• Individuals who will need to agree to re-license their contributions past and future to oot3d

• also need to consider licenses on tools. will follow suit on oot for this
