Why would you want that? If you have premium UUIDs enabled - the nickname change won't affect anything, the UUID will stay the same so the player will still have their items, etc.

What happens is that sometimes it will think it's a new player with no info, and I don't know if it's after server restarts or what, but it eventually works, but it's very glitchy.

Lots of players are having other issues as well.
Some cracked players don’t have skins and cannot login if they change their name.
Some first join premium players tell them to login and that they cannot register even if they have not set a password.
