3 Quick Questions

1. Do I configure both the bungee and spigot config.yml to be exactly the same?
2. Do I use the fastloginbungee jar on both the bungee and spigot server, or just bungee and use the 'regular' spigot jar on the spigot server?
3. Do I have to set the bungee server to offline mode, or will it work in online mode (while the spigot server is offline?)

I am using AuthMe & Waterfall/PaperMC. Thanks!

Oh, is it typically a good idea to enable this? If I don't, what issues could arise?

Is this ^^ required for the "nameChangeCheck:"?

Lastly, For MYSQL, do I need to enable in addition to host, port, database, username, and password? Should I delete the single file SQLite Database section or leave it as the default?
