Saving the children in skip to chapter 5 soft locks you on platform

Hello, i found this bug while killing the chapter 1 boss to save the kids while in chapter 5 (skipped to) and when the fight was over the kids block the way and you cant leave the platform. not only that you can walk right through it and onto the other side. dq4 rando ch 5 bug 1
