BUG: Implementation error in `Game.reveal`

The internal implementation of resolving information sets and players in Game.reveal is not correct - the fix to the last line of the function is trivial, but it does mean the function does not work at all.

This (mis-)behaviour applies to 16.1.x and 16.2.0.
