Installation on Delphi 11 (GetIt and GroupProj)

Problem installing on Delphi 11 (Alexandria), as seen below (both from Source and Getit) Embarcadero® Delphi 11 Version 28.0.44500.8973

GetIt: grafik Install on "OmniThreadLibraryDesigntime.dproj" from "Delphi 11 Alexandria\OmniThreadLibraryPackages.groupproj" grafik

(building is successful)

I tried to build it into a different folders as following, at which point i get the error "Can't load package <...> %1 is not a valid Win32 application." when trying to install the design package (build succeeds again)
